Pastor Rick and his wife Dusty have been serving Marshall County through Celebrate Recovery and Stay Free Ministries for over 20 years.

His family is a light of hope and has overcome the loss and devastation that addiction so often brings.
​
Out of much personal experience, he has cultivated a team dedicated to this ministry and has a vision to continue through the church, family ministries, houses, and programs indefinitely.

Josh Ballew
With over 8 years in recovery, Pastor Josh Ballew leads Celebrate Recovery with passion and purpose. His dedication to spreading the love of Jesus Christ shines through in his powerful, anointed preaching.
Supported by his beautiful family, Pastor Josh combines his personal experience with a heart for teaching and encouraging others, inspiring hope and transformation in those seeking recovery.

Youth Pastors
The Skeltons
Ben and Josie Skelton lead our youth (ages 13-18) after growing up in church themselves and feeling called to reach and equip teens. The next generation is a major focus and they hope to encourage and expose them to the love of Jesus and truth of God's Word.
Ben is also in charge of our Sunday Morning announcements and Josie serves on the worship team and hosts our podcast.

SFMxKids Pastors
The Jarretts
Sarah Lou and JoJo Jarrett lead SFMxKids as dedicated Children's Pastors. With hearts fully devoted to children's ministry, they oversee all aspects of our kids' programs. Their responsibilities encompass creating engaging lesson plans, organizing vibrant VBS experiences, and coordinating various children's events.
The Jarretts ensure that Kids Hall is a dynamic, nurturing environment where young ones can grow in faith and have fun. Their passion for serving children shines through in every activity they plan and lead.

Ashley McCain
Ashley McCain brings both professional expertise and personal transformation to Stay Free Ministries. Ashley and her husband JR are both graduates of our program. Ashley and JR work together to direct our Family Matters home.
In her role as CFO, Ashley skillfully manages our finances, donations, and books, ensuring the ministry's resources are stewarded with care and integrity.

SFM Court Liason
Becca Ledford
Becca Ledford serves as SFM's vital court liaison, guiding house participants through legal challenges, custody cases, and probation or parole matters. She maintains crucial communication with courts, especially for court-ordered participants.
As director of Inner Healing, Becca organizes each round of classes, coordinating teachers, D-Day, and more. Her roles combine practical support with opportunities for spiritual growth, reflecting SFM's commitment to faith-based recovery.

Meeting Coordinator
Tina Hamaker
Tina Hamaker is SFM's indispensable Meeting Coordinator, expertly organizing gatherings for Pastor, leadership, and elders. Her role extends far beyond scheduling, as she serves as a dedicated intercessor and is trained in deliverance ministry. Tina is also a key supporter for our women's house participants, offering guidance and encouragement.
With her diverse skill set and unwavering commitment, Tina contributes to numerous aspects of SFM's mission in ways both seen and unseen.

Glenn and Malesa Webb have been integral to Stay Free Ministries since its founding in 2020. As our dedicated worship leaders, they bring passion and devotion to our services, creating an atmosphere welcoming the Holy Spirit.
